The Institute will hold a conference call on Tuesday, February 19 at 2:00 PM Eastern time to discuss the IRS and Treasury proposed regulation on employer stock diversification requirements for individual account plans. [1]  Comments on the proposal are due April 2, 2008.  The Institute expects to submit a comment letter.
