TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 10-08 RE: DRAFT AGENDA FOR FEBRUARY 7TH SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING AND NEW CHICAGO VIDEOCONFERENCE LOCATION
As previously announced, the SEC Rules Committee meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, February 7th. The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor, with videoconference options in Chicago, IL and Los Angeles, CA. Please be advised that the Chicago, IL videoconferencing location has changed. It will now be held at UBS Global Asset Management (UBS Tower, One North Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL), in the London/Zurich conference room on the 38th floor. Karrie McMillan, General Counsel, will attend in Chicago. The Los Angeles location is still Capital Research and Management Company, 333 S. Hope Street, 53rd Floor, as previously indicated. Bob Grohowski, Senior Counsel, Securities Regulation - Investment Companies, will attend in Los Angeles.
