Attached for your review is a draft letter to the Internal Revenue Service concerning proposed regulations on automatic contribution arrangements, including qualified contribution arrangements (QACAs) and eligible automatic contribution arrangements (EACAs). [1]  The letter requests clarification of several matters under the proposed regulations identified by Institute members.
