As you are aware [i], the Securities and Exchange Commission has proposed amendments to the rules and forms used by mutual funds to register under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and to offer their securities under the Securities Act of 1933. On Friday December 21, 2007 we have scheduled a conference call for small funds to discuss the legal, operational, and technology aspects of the Disclosure Reform Proposal.  The details of the call appear below:
