TO: BANK, TRUST AND RECORDKEEPER ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 57-07 RE: BTRAC MEETING NOTICE - FEBRUARY 20-21, 2008
The next meeting of the Bank, Trust and Recordkeeper Advisory Committee will be held on Wednesday, February 20 and Thursday, February 21, 2008 at the offices of Northern Trust located at 700 Brickell Avenue, Miami, FL 33131. The meeting will take place in the 9th Floor Auditorium and parking is located inside the building. On Wednesday, February 20, lunch will be served at 12:00 noon, the meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. On Thursday, February 21, the meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Continental breakfast will be provided before the meeting, lunch will be served at noon and the meeting is expected to continue until approximately 3:00 p.m. Attire for the meeting is business casual.
Hotel Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the JW Marriott Miami located at 1109 Brickell Avenue, Miami, FL 33131 for the evenings of February 19th and 20th at a rate of $ 299.00 per night. To make reservations, please call the hotel at (800) 228-9290 and indicate that you are an Investment Company Institute meeting attendee. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as rooms are limited. All reservations must be guaranteed by January 22, 2008 to receive the block room rate. Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty.
Committee Dinner
The Committee dinner will be held on the evening of Wednesday, February 20th at Perricones Marketplace and Café located at 15 SE 10th Street, Miami, FL 33131 (http://www.perricones.com/). The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the meal being served at 7:30 p.m. There will be a cost of $85.00 for the dinner, which you will pay via Cvent at the time that you register for the dinner. Attire for the dinner is business casual.
Online Registration
We are pleased to inform you that we are offering online registration using Cvent for ICI committee meetings and associated dinners. In addition, committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the committee dinner will pay a standard amount via credit card as part of the registration process.
