Set forth below are the dates for meetings of the SEC Rules Committee in 2008.

Wednesday, October 1, 2008

The meetings will be held at the Institute’s offices in Washington, D.C. For the February 7th and June 3rd meetings, members will have the option of participating by videoconference from a designated site on the West Coast or a designated site in the Midwest. The October 1st meeting will be a full-day meeting and attendance in person will be required. We plan to hold a Committee Dinner on September 30th at a location to be determined.
We will circulate a formal meeting notice approximately 5-6 weeks before each meeting. The location of the West Coast and Midwest videoconference sites will be included in the individual meeting notices, where applicable. Please contact me at 202/326-5822 or frances@ici.org if your firm would consider providing West Coast or Midwest videoconferencing facilities for an upcoming meeting. The ICI will reimburse firms for any out-of-pocket costs of hosting a videoconference.
