TO: CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER COMMITTEE No. 23-07 RE: STATUS OF UPCOMING CCO COMMITTEE MEETINGS
On September 21st, we sent out notice of the dates and locations of the upcoming meetings of the Institute’s Chief Compliance Officer Committee in San Mateo, California, Washington, D.C., and Chicago, Illinois. [1] For planning purposes, we had requested that all persons planning to attend any of these meetings notify us of their plans by October 5th. Please note that the meeting in San Mateo has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for sometime early in 2008. (Persons who had RSVP’d for this meeting were notified of the postponement last week by email.) With respect to the Washington, D.C. and Chicago meetings, persons who have RSVP’d for those meetings were provided a draft agenda for the meetings and final details for the meeting locations by email earlier today.
If you did not receive an email from the Institute earlier today regarding the Washington or Chicago meetings, it is because we do not have a record that you are planning to attend one of these meetings. All future communications concerning these two meetings will only be sent to those persons who have notified us of their planned attendance.
