Board of Governors in appreciation of all that Thomas R. Powers
has contributed as Chairman of the Board for the past two years.
Please indicate below whether or not you approve of the
proposed Resolution and return the form to the Institute by
September 10, 1990.
We plan to present the Resolution to Tom at the Board of
Governors meeting on Thursday, October 4, 1990 at 10:00 am at
the Washington Vista Hotel.
