Preliminary Agenda for IOAC Meeting - September 27, 2007

TO: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 16-07 RE: PRELIMINARY AGENDA FOR IOAC MEETING - SEPTEMBER 27, 2007

 

The next meeting of the Institute’s International Operations Advisory Committee will take place on Thursday, September 27, 2007 at Clearstream Banking Luxembourg, located at 42, Avenue JF Kennedy, Kirchberg, L-1855 Luxembourg.  The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. with continental breakfast, lunch will be provided and the meeting is expected to conclude at approximately 3:30 p.m.  Attire for the meeting is business.  The meeting facility is a short cab ride from the Sofitel Luxembourg Europe

If you have not confirmed your attendance at the meeting, in person or via dial-in, please contact Agnes Thomas immediately at 202/326-5846 or agnes@ici.org.  If you are not able to travel to Luxembourg and wish to send a European colleague in your place, please contact Diane Butler at butler@ici.org or 202/326-5850.

The preliminary agenda for the International Operations Advisory Committee meeting is attached for your review. If you are joining via conference call, we will provide the dial-in information and meeting materials to you electronically prior to the meeting date.             

Committee Dinner

There will be a Committee dinner on Thursday, September 27th at Chez Bacano, which is located at 59, Rue de Clausen, Grund, L-1342 Luxembourg.  The restaurant’s telephone number is (352)431840.  A reception will begin at 7:00 p.m. and dinner will follow at 7:30 p.m.  Attire for the dinner is casual.  We will share taxis for the ride to the restaurant.  Please note that if you confirm attendance for the IOAC dinner and cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled event, you will still be charged for your portion of the pre-arranged dinner.
