As we previously informed you, the inaugural meeting of the Municipal Securities Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, October 11, 2007 in New York. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time and should conclude no later than 1:00 p.m. Details regarding the location of the meeting will follow under separate cover.
During the meeting, we will discuss legal, regulatory and legislative issues affecting the municipal securities markets. We also will formulate the future direction of the committee and discuss any particular policy objectives and projects the membership wishes to undertake. A draft agenda will follow under separate cover.
