Attached is the agenda for the Transfer Agent Advisory
Committee meeting which will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday,
September 13, 1990 in the Carret Room on the 30th Floor at the
offices of the Pioneering Services Corporation, 60 State Street,
Boston, MA 02109. Lunch will be served and the meeting is
expected to continue until approximately 3:00 p.m.
