1. Attached is the preliminary agenda for the Public Information
Committee Meeting of September 18, 1990.
2. Lunch is scheduled from 12:45 to 2:00 p.m. Public Information
Subcommittee members will sit at special tables at lunch in order
to conduct subcommittee discussions.
3. The Shareholder Communications Meeting is scheduled from 9:30
a.m. until lunch at 12:45 p.m. The last item on the Shareholder
Communication agenda is the Washington Update which has normally
been given during lunch by Matt Fink, General Counsel or Cathy
Heron, Deputy General Counsel.
4. Please note our speaker Manny Schiffres of Changing Times is
scheduled from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If you have not already done so, please call Connie Creswell at

please return the form below indicating which of the four Public
Information Subcommittees you wish to sit with during lunch.
