The Institute will hold a conference call on Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at 3:00 PM Eastern time to discuss the final regulations under Code section 403(b). [1]  William Bortz, Associate Benefits Tax Counsel at the U.S. Department of Treasury, will be on hand to answer questions about the regulations.  If you would like to participate in the call, please complete the attached response form and fax it to Brenda Turner at 202/326-5841 or e-mail it to bturner@ici.org by noon on Wednesday, August 8, 2007.  To participate, please dial 1-877-950-3592 and enter passcode 25946.

We will provide a list of questions to Mr. Bortz in advance of the call.  If you have specific questions you would like to be included on the list, please submit them to me at ebarone@ici.org or 202/326-5821 by noon on Tuesday, August 7, 2007.  You may ask questions during the call even if you have not submitted any in advance.
