TO: TAX COMMITTEE No. 22-07 RE: JUNE 21 AND 22 TAX COMMITTEE MEETINGS IN SEATTLE, WASHINGTON
As we previously informed you, [1] the next regularly scheduled meetings of the Tax Committee will be held on June 21 and June 22, 2007 in Seattle, Washington at the Grand Hyatt Seattle. The Thursday, June 21 meeting (on an issue to be determined in advance of the meeting) will begin at 2:00 p.m. and will be preceded by lunch. The Friday, June 22 meeting (on the Tax Committee’s regular agenda) will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will be preceded by breakfast. We plan to conclude the meeting by 11:30 a.m. or noon.
A complete preliminary agenda for both the June 21 and June 22 meetings will be distributed approximately one week in advance of the meetings.
