A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. Eastern time. Lunch will be available beginning at 11:45 a.m.
Participation by videoconference will be available from two locations:

Lunch will be served following the meeting in San Francisco and during the meeting in Chicago.
Please indicate on the attached response form whether you or an alternate will attend the meeting, either in Washington, D.C. or by videoconference from San Francisco or Chicago. (Only one person per complex may attend the meeting.) In addition, please provide any items that you would like to discuss at the meeting.
