Notice 2007-41 (attached) invites public comment on recommendations for Treasury’s 2007-2008 Guidance Priority List.  The Institute plans to submit a letter recommending tax and pension items to be included on the list by the Notice’s deadline of May 31, 2007.

 

A conference call has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 16, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss recommendations that the Institute should make relating to retirement security issues.
