TO: VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 4-07     RE: MARK YOUR CALENDAR - VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 14, 2007

 

A meeting of the Variable Insurance Products Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, June 14, 2007 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC.  The meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time. 

 

Susan Nash and Bill Kotapish of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management will attend the meeting to discuss variable insurance products initiatives at the SEC, as well as to discuss the Committee’s views on issues relating to variable insurance products.  We anticipate that the meeting will conclude no later than 2:00 p.m.

 

Please indicate below whether you, or an alternate from your firm, plan to attend the meeting.  In addition, please provide any items that you would like to discuss at the meeting.  A draft agenda will follow under separate cover.
