TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 34-07 RE: SURVEY OF SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEMBERS REGARDING COMMITTEE MEETINGS; RESPONSE REQUESTED BY APRIL 20TH
At the February 22nd SEC Rules Committee meeting, we announced our plan to survey Committee members to obtain feedback on how to maximize the value of SEC Rules Committee meetings. Attached is a brief survey that addresses topics such as the length, format and content of meetings, and requests suggestions for improving the meetings.
We would like the survey results to reflect the responses of as many Committee members as possible. Therefore, please complete the attached survey and return it to us by Friday, April 20th. The completed survey should be faxed to Barbara Watkins at 202/326-5827.
