A meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, April 12, 2007 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Lunch will be served following the meeting.
