This is to advise you that there will be a meeting of the
Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee starting at 8:30 a.m. on
Tuesday, September 18, 1990 at the Sheraton Westport Plaza Hotel
which is located at 900 Westport Plaza, St. Louis, Missouri
63146. The meeting is open to committee members only. Please do
not invite outside vendors. Both continental breakfast and lunch
will be served and the meeting will continue until approximately
4:00 p.m.
For your convenience, we have reserved sleeping rooms for
the night of Monday, September 17, 1990 at the Sheraton Westport
Plaza at a rate of $75.00 per night. To make room reservations,
please call the Sheraton Westport Plaza at 1-800-822-3535 by
Monday, August 27, 1990 and ask for a room in the Investment
Company Institute or ICI block.
We want to invite you to attend a reception and dinner for
committee members on the evening of Monday, September 17, 1990 at
Dierdorf & Hart's Restaurant, a short walking distance from the
hotel at 734 Westport Plaza. The reception will start at 6:30
p.m. followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m. We wish to remind you that
all reception/dinner attendees will be billed later for their
share of the total bill for this event and that the restaurant
will charge us based on the guaranteed count we must give them
one week in advance of this function. Accordingly, if you have
indicated that you will attend but have changed your plans, you
must let us know in advance as we (and you) will be billed.
