TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 13-07 RE: DRAFT AGENDA FOR FEBRUARY 22ND SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING AND LOS ANGELES AND CHICAGO VIDEOCONFERENCES
Attached is the draft agenda for the February 22nd SEC Rules Committee meeting. We are pleased to announce that the meeting will begin with a presentation by John Walsh, Chief Counsel of SEC’s Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations. The meeting will be held at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor at the Institute. Lunch will be available beginning at 11:45 a.m. We anticipate that the meeting will conclude by approximately
3:00 p.m. Eastern time. In addition, participation by videoconference will be available from two locations:

(Only one person per complex may attend the meeting.) Also, please provide any additional items that you would like to discuss at the meeting.
