A meeting of the Equity Markets Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time.
Erik Sirri, Director of the SEC’s Division of Market Regulation and Bob Colby, Deputy Director of the Division, will attend the meeting to discuss trading issues and market structure developments at the SEC. We anticipate that the meeting will conclude by 2:30 p.m.
