RE: ACCOUNTING/TREASURERS COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA
A draft agenda for the meeting of the Accounting/Treasurers Committee and the Independent
Accountants Advisory Group on Thursday, December 7 is attached. The meeting will be held at the
Investment Company Institute. The Institute is located at 1401 H Street, NW in Washington, D.C.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. Lunch will be served and the meeting is expected to
continue until approximately 1:00 p.m.
Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credit
Meeting attendees are eligible for approximately 3 hours of CPE credit (Taxation;
Accounting/Auditing; and Specialized Knowledge and Applications). The Investment Company
Institute is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a
sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards
have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding
registered sponsors may be addressed to NASBA, 150 Fourth Avenue North, Suite 700, Nashville, TN
