[20512] October 25, 2006 TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 46-06 RE: SPECIAL MEETING TO BE HELD DURING THE 2006 SECURITIES LAW DEVELOPMENTS CONFERENCE As in the past, we have scheduled a meeting for members for the Institute’s SEC Rules Committee and several staff members of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management to discuss SEC issues on an informal basis. This meeting does not have an agenda and therefore will be held as a question and answer forum. The meeting will take place at the conference location (JW Marriott Hotel, 1331 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW in Salons H&J) on Monday, December 4th from 4:00 to 5:00 pm. Due to limited space, this meeting is for members of the Institute’s SEC Rules Committee or their alternates who will be attending the conference (one member per complex).
