RE: NOTICE OF CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY COMMITTEE MEETING-
NOVEMBER 9, 2006
A meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee has been scheduled for
Thursday, November 9, 2006 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street,
N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th
Floor from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Lunch will be served following the
meeting.
Please indicate on the attached response form whether you or an alternate will attend the
meeting. In addition, please provide any items that you would like to discuss at the meeting.
