RE: REMINDER - NOTICE OF COMMITTEE MEETING AND FINAL MEETING
AGENDA
As we previously informed you, in conjunction with the Institute’s Equity Markets Conference
on September 28, the next meeting of the Equity Markets Advisory Committee has been scheduled for
Wednesday, September 27, 2006 at the New York Marriott Financial Center Hotel, 85 West Street,
New York, New York in the Financial Center I meeting room. The meeting will be held at 3:15 p.m.
Please note the time change of the meeting. The change was necessary to accommodate the large
number of Committee members also attending the NYSE’s ITAC meeting. Following the conclusion
of the meeting, we are planning a dinner for Committee members as well as conference speakers at 6:30
p.m. The dinner will be held at Bobby Van’s Steakhouse, 25 Broad Street, New York, New York.
If you have not done so already, please indicate in the spaces provided below whether you
and/or another person from your firm plan to attend the meeting and the dinner. In addition, attached
is the meeting agenda. We look forward to seeing you on September 27.
