RE: PRELIMINARY AGENDA FOR IOAC MEETING - SEPTEMBER 28, 2006
The next meeting of the Institute’s International Operations Advisory Committee will take
place on Thursday, September 28, 2006 at BNP Paribas Luxembourg, located at 10A Boulevard Royal,
Luxembourg. The meeting location is a short walk from Hotel Le Royal, so transportation to/from the
meeting will not be provided. The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. with continental breakfast, lunch
will be provided and the meeting is expected to conclude at approximately 3:00 p.m. Attire for the
meeting is business.
The preliminary agenda for the International Operations Advisory Committee meeting is
attached for your review. If you are joining the meeting via conference call, please provide the phone
number where you can be reached that day to Agnes Thomas at agnes@ici.org or 202-326-5846. We
will call you just before the meeting commences at 9:00 a.m. Luxembourg time.

Committee Dinner
There will be a Committee dinner on Thursday, September 28th at La Fourchette à Droite, located a
short walk from the hotel at 5, avenue Monterey L-2163, Luxembourg. The restaurant’s phone
number is 011 352 22 13 60. A reception will begin at 7:00 p.m. and dinner will follow at 7:30 p.m.
The Institute’s policy is to bill individual committee members who choose to attend for their portion of
the dinner. Attire for the dinner is business casual.
