RE: TAC MEETING - OCTOBER 8, 2006
The next meeting of the Technology Advisory Committee and BCP Sub-Committee will take
place on Sunday, October 8, 2006 at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach, Huntington Beach,
California. This meeting is being held immediately preceding the Operations and Technology
Conference and will take place at the conference hotel. The joint meeting of the Technology Advisory
Committee and BCP Sub-Committee will begin at 3:30 p.m. on October 8th and conclude at
approximately 6:30 p.m. PLEASE REMEMBER TO SUBMIT YOUR DISCUSSION TOPICS
FOR “SHOP TALK.”
There is a Committee dinner scheduled for October 8th immediately after the Committee
meeting and details are forthcoming. The Institute’s policy is to bill individual Committee members
who choose to attend for their portion of the dinner. We also plan to facilitate Committee members
participating in one of two activities, golf or coastal cruising. Details on these arrangements will follow
shortly. Please refer to the attached information sheet for logistical information and general conference
registration information. You can register for the Committee meetings on the attached registration
form.
