[20161] July 6, 2006 TO: AML COMPLIANCE WORKING GROUP No. 17-06 TRANSFER AGENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 45-06 RE: NOTICE OF CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS VARIOUS AML ISSUES We will be holding a conference call at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, July 18, 2006 to discuss the following anti-money laundering compliance issues: 1. Implementation of the rules on correspondent accounts for foreign financial institutions (see Memorandum no. 19580, dated January 6, 2006 and Memorandum no. 19883, dated March 24, 2006); 2. Issues arising under the mutual fund suspicious activity reporting rule (see Memorandum no. 20009, dated May 4, 2006); 3. The application of Indian AML regulations to US mutual funds holding foreign institutional investor licenses in India (see Memorandum no. 20147, dated June 30, 2006). We expect the call to last approximately one hour.
