The meeting will take place in the David Silver Conference Room at the Institute’s offices located at 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC. A preliminary agenda is attached. Department of Treasury Officials to Speak We are pleased that Mark Warshawsky, Asst. Treasury Secretary for Economic Policy, and Thomas Reeder, Acting Benefits Tax Counsel, will be our speakers for the June 6 meeting. We expect that their remarks will cover, among other topics, pension legislation and the “split” refund project. As previously announced,1 we have scheduled a conference call for Tuesday, May 23 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the “split” refund issue in advance of the June 6 meeting.
