We are pleased to announce that the meeting will begin with a presentation by Susan Nash, Associate Director in the SEC’s Division of Investment Management. The meeting will be held at 12:00 Noon Eastern time in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th floor at the Institute. Lunch will be available beginning at 11:45 a.m. In addition, participation by videoconference will be available from two locations: Capital Research and Management Company Nuveen Investments 333 S. Hope Street, 53rd Floor 333 W. Wacker Drive, 34th Floor Los Angeles, CA Chicago, IL 9:00 a.m. Pacific time 11:00 a.m. Central time Lunch will be served following the meeting in Los Angeles and during the meeting in Chicago. If you have not already done so, please indicate on the attached response form whether you or an alternate will attend the meeting in Washington, D.C. or by videoconference from California or Chicago.
