RE: JUNE 19 AND 20 TAX COMMITTEE MEETINGS IN SAN FRANCISCO,
CALIFORNIA
The next regularly scheduled meetings of the Tax Committee will be held on June 19 and June
20, 2006 in San Francisco at the Hyatt Embarcadero (5 Embarcadero Center). The Monday, June 19
subcommittee meeting (on an issue to be determined a few weeks in advance of the meeting) will begin
at 2:00 p.m. and will be preceded by lunch. The Tuesday, June 20 Tax Committee meeting will begin
(after breakfast) at 9:30 a.m and will be followed by lunch.

If you plan to attend either (or both) of these meetings, please complete the attached meeting

Hotel Reservations
A block of rooms is being arranged at the San Francisco Hyatt Embarcadero, 5 Embarcadero
Center, San Francisco, California. Details will be provided as soon as they become available.
