RE: SAVE THE DATE - TAC COMMITTEE MEETING - JUNE 7 & 8, 2006
As we previously informed you1 the next meeting of the Technology Advisory Committee and
BCP Sub-Committee will take place on Wednesday and Thursday June 7 & 8, 2006 at the Wyndham
Hotel at 89 Broad Street, Boston, MA, hosted by Fidelity Investments. The Committee meeting will
begin at 9:00 a.m. on June 7 with the “shop talk” discussion and conclude at approximately 3:00 p.m.
The BCP Sub-Committee meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on June 8 with the “shop talk” discussion and
conclude at approximately 3:00 p.m. Participants are encouraged to attend both meetings. Committee
participants are urged to submit “shop talk” questions as soon as possible for use during the June
meetings.
A Committee dinner is scheduled for June 7 at Limoncello, 190 North Street (North End). A
reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will follow at 7:00 p.m. You may contact the restaurant at
(617) 523-4480 and the attire is business casual. The Institute’s policy is to bill individual Committee
members who choose to attend for their portion of the dinner. Please note that if you confirm
attendance for the TAC dinner and cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled event, you will be
charged for your portion of the pre-arranged dinner.
Fidelity Investments has reserved a block of rooms at the Wyndham Hotel, located at 89 Broad
Street, for the evenings of June 6 & 7 at a rate of $249.00 single/double. Please note that only a small
number of rooms are available for the evenings of June 6 & 7. Additionally, this hotel is scheduled
for re-branding on June 1st to a “Hilton Boston Financial District.” To make reservations, please
call the hotel at (800) 996-3426 or (617) 556-0006 and ask for a room in the Investment Company
Institute room block. The hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed with a one night’s deposit by
Monday, May 8, 2006 to receive the room block rate. Deposits are refundable if the hotel receives
notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
