The preliminary agenda for the July 16 Public Information
Committee meeting is enclosed. If you have any suggestions for
revisions or additions, please contact either Steve Norwitz

already received a copy of the minutes from our April meeting.
The meeting of the full committee will open at 11:00 a.m.
on Monday, July 16 at the Madison Hotel, 15th and M Streets,
N.W., Washington, D.C. (202) 862-1600. The four ad hoc sub-
committees will meet beginning at 9:30 a.m.
You are responsible for making your room reservation. We
have reserved a block of rooms at the Madison for committee
members at a special rate of $145.00. You must mention the
Institute in order to receive the special rate.

the attached registration to let us know whether or not you plan
to attend.
