RE: DRAFT AGENDA FOR APRIL 18, 2006 MEETING
A meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee has been scheduled for
Tuesday, April 18th at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W.,
Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the David Silver
Conference Room on the 12th floor. Lunch will be served following the meeting.
The Institute is considering sponsoring a closed-end fund workshop some time later this
year. We would like to hear the views of committee members on the idea of having such a
workshop. We have included a draft agenda for such a workshop, which we would like to discuss
immediately following conclusion of the committee meeting. All committee members are invited
to join this discussion.
