The meeting will be held at 12:00 Noon Eastern time in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th floor at the Institute. If you have not already done so, please indicate on the attached response form whether you or an alternate will attend the meeting in Washington, D.C. or by videoconference from California or Chicago.
