RE: PRELIMINARY AGENDA FOR FEBRUARY 7 MEETING
Attached is a preliminary agenda for the joint meeting of the Pension and Pension
Operations Advisory Committees, scheduled for Tuesday, February 7, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Eastern time. The meeting will take place in the David Silver Conference Room at the Institute’s
offices located at 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC. If there are other issues that

Speakers on LM-10
We are pleased that Institute counsel William J. Kilberg and Jason Schwartz of Gibson
Dunn law firm will participate in the meeting to discuss recent Department of Labor guidance
on LM-10.
