Attached is the agenda for the Transfer Agent Advisory
Committee meeting to be held beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday,
June 19, 1990 in the Sixth Floor Conference Room at the offices
of the Investment Company Institute which is located at 1600 M
Street, N.W., Suite 600, Washington, DC. The meeting is expected
to continue until approximately 3:00 - 3:30 p.m. Lunch will be
served.
