We want to invite you to attend a reception and dinner to
be held on June 25th in conjunction with the June 25-26
Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee meetings at the Hotel Meridien
which is located at 250 Franklin Street, Boston, MA. The
reception is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. in Salon Timberlay
followed at 7:30 p.m. by dinner in Salon Lafite.
In order that we know exactly who will be attending this
dinner, we ask that you complete the attached form and either
mail or fax it not later than June 18, 1990 to:

We wish to remind you that all reception/dinner attendees
will be billed later for their share of the total bill for this
event and that the hotel will charge us based on the guaranteed
count we must give them one week in advance of this function.
Accordingly, if you have indicated that you will attend but have
changed your plans, you must let us know in advance as we (and
you) will be billed.
An agenda for the two-day meeting will follow shortly.
