[19513] December 20, 2005 TO: COMPLIANCE ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 57-05 RE: NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING AND WEST COAST VIDEOCONFERENCE - JANUARY 25, 2005 A meeting of the Compliance Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, January 25, 2006, at the Investment Company Institute in Washington, D.C. in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor. Videoconference participation will be available in Los Angeles, California at a site to be determined based on the number of people planning to attend. For this reason, it is very important that you return your response form by Friday, January 6, 2006. The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Pacific Time). Lunch will be served in both locations – prior to the meeting in Washington and following the meeting in California. A draft agenda will be circulated in advance of the meeting. Please note any items that you would like to discuss at the meeting on the attached response form.
