1990s REGULATORY TASK FORCE
RE: JUNE 21 MEETING OF THE 1990s REGULATORY TASK FORCE

As you know, part of the Institute's study of the industry
in the 1990s is a report on proposed regulatory changes. Steve
West, counsel to the Institute, has been working with a task
force of members to develop this report, which will include a
series of recommendations for consideration by the Board at its
meeting in October.
We have scheduled a final meeting of the task force on June
21, at 10:00 a.m. at the Institute to review the recommendations
that will be included in the final report to the Board. All
interested members are urged to attend this meeting.

you plan to attend the meeting, so that we may send you the most
recent draft of the report.
