Attached is the agenda for the Insurance Company-DTC-
FUND/SERV Advisory Committee meeting which is being held on
Monday, June 11, 1990 at the J.P. Morgan Hotel which is located
at One Haynes Street, Hartford, Connecticut 06103. The meeting
will begin at 8:30 a.m. With Continental breakfast and is
expected to continue until approximately 3:00 p.m. Lunch will be
served.
