INVESTMENTS
A conference call has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 9, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern
Time to discuss recent developments on automatic enrollment and default investments. In
particular, we understand that the Department of Labor is considering possible regulatory
changes to address the selection of default investments as part of automatic enrollment
programs. We hope to develop recommendations that will assist the Department’s efforts in
this area.
