The next International Investing Subcommittee (IIS)1 call will be at 3:00 p.m. Eastern
time on Tuesday, September 13, 2005, using the dial-in information below. We expect the call
to last from thirty minutes to an hour.

As with other IIS calls, the agenda will consist mainly of brief discussions on member
initiated topics. The topics that have been identified thus far include:
• The Institute’s comment letter on the EU consultation paper on shareholder rights;
• Recent clarification of filing requirements by the Korean FSS;
• Participation in shareholder class action lawsuits in Australia; and
• Foreign access/participation in the PartyGaming IPO on the London Stock
Exchange.
