As with other IIS calls, the agenda will consist mainly of brief discussions on member initiated topics. The topics that have been identified thus far include: • The Institute’s comment letter on the EU consultation paper on shareholder rights; • Recent clarification of filing requirements by the Korean FSS; • Participation in shareholder class action lawsuits in Australia; and • Foreign access/participation in the PartyGaming IPO on the London Stock Exchange.
