RE: FSA (UK) INTRODUCES ASSET MANAGEMENT NEWSLETTER
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) in the United Kingdom has introduced an Asset
Management Newsletter to give updates and advice on issues that impact asset managers. The
first edition of the newsletter includes FAQs on the use of simplified prospectuses, an update
from the FSA’s Financial Promotions Department (which determines whether marketing
messages are “clear, fair and not misleading”), and an article on (and links to) tailored
handbooks for asset managers.
The newsletter is available on the FSA’s web site at
