[18807] April 26, 2005 TO: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 8-05 RE: PRELIMINARY AGENDA FOR IOAC MEETING - MAY 10-11, 2005 The next meeting of the International Operations Advisory Committee (IOAC) will take place on Tuesday, May 10, 2005 in the David Silver Conference Room (DSCR) at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H St., N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC. Continental breakfast will be available starting at 8:30 a.m., the meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at approximately 1:00 p.m. The IOAC will then have a joint lunch with the International Committee and will participate in the International Committee meeting immediately following lunch. That meeting is expected to conclude at 4:00 p.m. On May 11th, the IOAC has been invited to participate in a meeting with both EFAMA (formerly known as FEFSI) and the International Committee. The meeting will take place in the DSCR beginning with breakfast at 8:00 a.m. and will conclude at approximately noon. Lunch will be served at the conclusion of the meeting. The preliminary agendas for the International Operations Advisory Committee meeting, the International Committee meeting and the EFAMA meeting are attached for your review. Attire for the meetings is business. If you have not confirmed your attendance at these meetings, please contact Agnes Thomas immediately at 202/326-5846 or agnes@ici.org. Committee Dinner There will be a Committee dinner at Jaleo on Tuesday, May 10th at 5:30 p.m. Jaleo is located at 480 Seventh Street, N.W. Its phone number is (202) 628-7949. Transportation will be provided to and from the dinner, so please meet in the lobby of the Sofitel at 5:00 p.m. to catch the bus. The Institute’s policy is to bill individual committee members who choose to attend for their portion of the dinner.
