RE: BTAC MEETING NOTICE - JUNE 8-9, 2005
The next meeting of the Bank and Trust Advisory Committee will be held on
Wednesday, June 8 and Thursday, June 9, 2005 at the offices of AIM Investment
Services/INVESCO Funds located at 4340 S. Monaco Street, Denver, CO. The meeting will take
place in the Aspen/Breckenridge conference room located on the first floor. On Wednesday,
June 8th, lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. and conclude
at 5:00 p.m. The BTAC will review the status of various enhancements requests and committee
projects on June 8th. On Thursday, June 9th, continental breakfast will be available at 8:15 a.m.
and the meeting will reconvene at 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be served at noon and the meeting is
expected to conclude by 2:00 p.m. Attire for the meeting is business casual.
Transportation will be available from the hotel to AIM and back on June 8th, and to AIM
and to the airport upon the conclusion of the meeting on June 9th. More transportation details
will be sent to you prior to the meeting.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Marriott Denver Tech Center for the
nights of June 7 and 8 at the rate of $159/night plus tax. To make reservations please call 303-
779-1100 and ask for a room in the Investment Company Institute block. Reservations must be
made by May 17, 2005 to secure the room rate of $159. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in
advance of scheduled arrival date to avoid penalty.
The Marriott Denver Tech Center is located at 4900 S. Syracuse Street, Denver, CO. It is
approximately 40 minutes by car/cab (about 26 miles,) from the Denver International Airport.
One-way cab fare is $50-$60 and one-way Super Shuttle fare is $18.00.
DINNER – JUNE 8
We are planning a Committee dinner for June 8th at 6:30 p.m. Details regarding the
dinner will be sent to you as soon as arrangements are finalized. The Institute’s policy is to bill
attendees for their portion of the dinner.
