Attached are copies of IRS Publication 560, Self-Employment
Retirement Plans, Publication 571, Tax-Sheltered Annuity Programs
for Employees of Public Schools and Certain Tax-Exempt
Organizations and Publication 575, Pension and Annuity Income
(Including Simplified General Rule), for use in preparing 1989
returns.
Publication 571 has been abbreviated by the creation of
Publication 575. The latter contains the discussion of the
taxation of distributions located toward the end of last year's
version of Publication 571.

3676.
