[18757] April 8, 2005 TO: EQUITY MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 19-05 RE: REMINDER - COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULED FOR APRIL 12, 2005 Just as a reminder, the next meeting of the Equity Markets Advisory Committee will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. Annette Nazareth, Director of the SEC’s Division of Market Regulation, will be attending the beginning of the meeting to discuss recent SEC and SRO proposals and initiatives impacting funds, including Regulation NMS and the trade-through rule, the NYSE’s hybrid proposal, soft dollars and other brokerage issues, and trading information leakage. We anticipate that the meeting will conclude by 5:00 p.m. If you have not done so already, please indicate below whether you or an alternate plan to attend the meeting.
