RE: PRELIMINARY AGENDA FOR FEBRUARY 1, 2005 INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE
MEETING
A preliminary agenda for the International Committee meeting on Tuesday, February 1st, is
attached. The meeting will be held at the Investment Company Institute in Washington D.C. with
videoconference participation available from Los Angeles, California. The details for the two
locations are listed below:

The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time (10:00 a.m. Pacific time). Lunch will be
available in both locations, prior to the meeting in Washington and following the meeting in
Los Angeles.
A list of expected attendees and a response form for the meeting are attached. If you plan
to attend the meeting but have not yet replied, please fax the response form to us by Wednesday,
January 26th.
